The owner Pam needs to be out of there. She is toxic for that environment. She is rude and when you bring up a concern she just disregards it and rolls her eyes. She does nothing about it. We seen a cockroach crawl across the floor. This place needs a health inspector. But I did enjoy the housekeeper they were very friendly.
I loved it, it was super nice comfy beds, great service, everything is nice. But the only thing that matters is you have to buy soap and toothpaste and brushes.
We booked this hotel through Hotels.com, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. When we checked in, the floor was filthy—I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The air conditioning unit was covered in dust and grime, and there were no basic room amenities: no shampoo or microwave. The manager is amazing!
The lady who helped us at 11pm was amazing. Nicest person I have ever had at a hotel. The rooms bathroom door was very dirty and wouldnt close. Tub holds a bit of water making your feet take a bath while you shower.
