Got to love reserving a kitchen room and buying $30 of food to cook just to be told that even though I reserved a kitchen room and even though you have them available that in fact I cant check in to one because the room they gave me is an upgrade. Man I have spent thousands of dollars at your hotel. Thousands.... But hey there are a lot of motels in this town.

I booked a room online, I arrived and was told I needed a $100 cash deposit as well. This is not noted online and I've stayed before and never needed a deposit. And on this occasion I did not have another 100 to put down so they told me I couldn't stay and would have to get a refund online. Never,ever book this hotel. I booked a room last Monday and arrived a bit late (around 1 a.m.). The front desk was completely unattended. I called the “emergency” number they had left and a woman answered, claiming my credit card information was incorrect and that my reservation had been canceled. This is absolutely false — I booked through my credit-card portal, so my payment details were correct.
