Mary from housekeeping made this stay for us acceptable she was awesome. She came right to our room when we had an issue and took care of it for immediately. She is so appreciated and I expect that she probably is one of the key housekeeping people at this site. Other than that when you call the hotel, they tell you things to get you to stay there and then it’s not true when you get there and you can’t leave or you lose your deposit.
