Maintenance man came into my room in the middle of the night and would not leave. It was 3 am and I was sleeping naked when he barged in and woke me up and stood over me. I kept asking him to leave and I was disoriented and he sounded angry. I have never felt so unsafe. And when I reported it to the manager, she took his side and nothing was ever done about it. Not a safe place to stay, especially for young women

The pool was closed- tarp over it. The rooms AC barely worked and could not cool the tiny room. The mini mini fridge was under the counter on the ground and dirty. There is no ice machine. The towels were paper thin, stained, and worn out. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was hair/ beard shavings around the sink. I was bitten by fleas. The staff were ok bit this property needs to be closed down and remodeled or demolished.

Fire martial kicked everyone out due to extreme violations at 10 pm will be expecting a FULL REFUND FOR MY STAY. My phone number is on record call me by 12 pm June 9th 2026 to resolve this matter. After noon I start making phone calls. 😠 The email address they gave me is fake 😒

Lo peor de lo peor, no me imaginé un lugar con tan mal aspecto y con tan mala higiene, creo que es una falta de respeto pagar por una habitación para pasar la noche y al entrar la encuentres sucia, con tremenda peste, sin toallas, la ropa de cama sucia, las almohadas rotas y sin fundas, sin luz y con el microondas roto. Según el sitio west las habitaciones tienen un precio y en la recepción el señor te cobra de más y todo por un pésimo servicio.
