It should be minus 100!! This is no longer Motel 6. I was misled on the phone to think it was still Motel 6. It is now rodeway inn. It is the worst experience I've ever encountered. A jail is more welcoming. You are greeted by nobody. It is a video kiosk with most likely and AI body that is unwelcoming, Hard to understand, completely cold, has no idea what's in the area, Very rude and information collecting abuse. The hotel has new owners. I never thought I would give this hotel 5 stars!! They have cleaned up not only the rooms but also the property. Security Walking the grounds 24/7 so I wasn't worried about my room or car getting broken into,like it had a few years back. My room was very clean And the housekeeping along with management was very friendly, efficient and respectful. I will go back and suggest you try out the new and improved Motel 6!
I’ve had an ongoing frustrating experience with the kiosk staff at Motel 6 in Martinez, specifically with Jess and Kevin. Getting a room key has consistently been unnecessarily difficult. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait over 25 minutes just to access my own room. The kiosk system itself is unreliable—it frequently freezes or reboots, which only adds to the delay and confusion.
