We needed a place to stay while our house needs some major work that is hard for us to stay. So it was not for business or vacation. I was a little worried about the mixed reviews, but the room was clean and spacious (especially with bathroom) with a a fridge and microwave. Big iron board and iron but no hair dryer (which is fine, I always bring mine). It was quiet for 3 nights we stayed over Labor Day weekend (Sat-Tue) .
