Rooms need updating. They have two elevators but one working somewhat when we arrived. It then broke down leaving my elderly mother to use the stairs. It looks like the owner is just doing the bare minimum to stay open. This place could be good if someone took over that actually cared about their guests stay.
Staff zero manners. Night manager should have ethics how to deal with customers. He should not belong to front desk.
The tall blonde man who continuously has a fake smile working at about 11 PM on Sunday, August 31st, 2025 gave snyde responses when I asked why it was that he was rejecting my wife's health card. Instead of explaining that new privacy laws prohibit him from entering the necessary identification number into his system, he insulting comments like saying it is your fault for not bringing the ID in the first place, and saying it's just $30 at Service Ontario, and saying it's not identification. Stay away! The "pet friendly" room was infested with fleas. I could see them on the bed and they were jumping on me. The super dirty and stinky carpet must have been infested as well. We only stayed for 1 night, I'm covered in bites and my cat has fleas now. I don't know if all of their rooms are infested but it's disgusting to be placing pets and their owners in these filthy rooms and call themselves pet friendly and advertise how they accept pets. My cat and I had never seen a flea in our lives before this
