I am a reviewer for a popular radios station/ media. I have had nothing but the BEST hospitality from the front desk. Specifically, Pawandeep, Kelly!, Mustafa, Rafi and Jess. We stay and review hotels all year so we have a recommendation list for the holidays. And you guys are killing it! Thank you!

My Mom and I stayed here earlier this month and while the staff we talked to were friendly, we had a lot of issues come up with the hotel itself. -we decided not to bother with the complimentary coffee on the main floor after the first morning because there was only sugar so no sweetener and there were fruit flies flying around it -we asked for a tub stopper on our first night and it took staff a long time to bring one as they said it was tough to find one and when we asked about a sink stopper we were told they had none -on... read more

The customer service at this location is excellent - Mustafa specifically was an absolute delight to speak to and coordinate with. My boyfriend and I needed a room in the middle of the night and were getting frustrated with other hotels having no availability. Mustafa returned our call and went above and beyond to make sure we got a comfortable room and his friendliness and helpfulness really turned around what could have been a bad situation.
