They charged my credit card 💳 and they wasn’t supposed to.I told the guy I wanted to pay for the whole stay with one card just talked to they asking now they charged my credit card $75.13 because I checked in after 6 pm but I was never told that so while talking to her the owner she’s started over talking me wouldn’t let me speak no professional at all and has the worst customer service and attitude I will never stay here again then it started out our room was smoked out so bad and me and my wife are allergic to cigarettes ... read more
They mislead me thinking I was speaking to the hotel itself. They overcharged me for the room. Talk me into buying Insurance in case I need to cancel saying it was the only way to get a refund. Then when I needed a refund they refuse to refund my money. My credit card company is going after them for misrepsentation and fraudulent charges.
Very wonderful, very peaceful, very clean. Welcomed us with open arms when Executive Inn canceled our reservation and gave away our room. They were polite and caring and kind and willing to help us out by helping us do a late check in at their site which helped my little family get some rest . Highly recommend this property.
