No TV no ice maker
Did not feel safe. The motel offered bad service and felt very unsafe, had to go to Quality inn in Kilgore due to rooms smelling like smoke.
They mislead me thinking I was speaking to the hotel itself. They overcharged me for the room. Talk me into buying Insurance in case I need to cancel saying it was the only way to get a refund. Then when I needed a refund they refuse to refund my money. My credit card company is going after them for misrepsentation and fraudulent charges.
