For the money, this is a perfect choice! Looking for no frills but safe place to stay? You're in luck. While the rooms aren't fancy, the area is perfect, quiet, and a great place to stay with your furry family members! No pet deposit, great green spaces, and again, safe. Even at night, walking pups didn't worry me at all. The staff is the best! The ladies who run the front desk really went above and beyond for us, without any problems. Those ladies definitely deserve a raise! I would stay again!
I appreciated the nice service and quickly getting us in a room. We didn’t plan on staying the night but we were definitely enjoying the scene around town.
The good: Not the worst Motel 6 I've ever seen. The rooms were clean for the most part although, kind of bare. Check in process was quick and easy and the clerk was extremely friendly. The location is good. Right next to the go cart track and mini golf. 10 minute drive to the beach. The bad: our bathroom light stopped working after using bathroom once. I called ahead of time to ask if the pool was open and the clerk assured me it was. What he should've said is "ma'am we don't have a pool" instead of lying to make the sale. W... read more
We stayed for the last 2 nights with our baby dog for her appt at Auburn vet school for an endoscopy following several weeks of vet appts/tests and diagnostics Our first room had a stove that was cracked but front desk Shayla was so sweet and helpful. We got into a new room as soon as we let her know. Perfect, quiet location right by the vet school/ grocery stores (first time going to rouses) and our fav diner Very affordable and comfortable beds, walking distance from several fun mini golf/parks with rides.
