A dog being left unattended is listed nowhere in the advertising for this Motel. When we got to the hotel they made us sign a paper that said we could not leave him unattended. I said we brought a kennel so he will not be out running if we aren't here. Can we go places while he's kenneled? Now unless I misunderstood I was told we could leave him kenneled but if there was an emergency or neighbor complaint we would have to come right back. From getting the wrong room that was booked online to getting the actual room we booked was awful! Both rooms were disgusting. Mold in the A/C unit, dirty earring on the floor, cigarette holes in the comforters, headboard was about to peel completely off, mold on the shower curtain, spider webs everywhere, the smell was literally giving my daughter an asthma attack, my eyes burned. Room was horrible. Cigarette burns all over the tops of the covers. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Mold on the shower curtain. VISIBLE mold in and on the air conditioner. Spider webs. Rusted earring laying in the middle of the floor. My child has asthma. We never pulled the cover back on the bed, never used the bathroom (which had no toilet paper), never showered, never used the room for any services once we walked in. Location is great and it's good if you are on a budget. The room smelled like pee. We do travel with our dogs, so that is a gamble we have to take. The room was spacious. There is no pool, or breakfast, the TV remote did not work, so the TV was stuck on Disney channel. I called the front desk for the wifi password and the man who answered angrily told me it was on the sleeve for the keys (it was not) but it didn't matter, because the phone was so poor that I couldn't hear the man, so I gave up. I would not stay here again.
