had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Jay and the red-haired woman who is the manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the situation respectfully, they were dismissive and had a clear attitude, which made things uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service was clearly not a priority here. Being treated with basic respect shouldn’t be too much to ask, especially from management. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect professionalism or courtesy.

Great employees, very respectful and helpful. Shay, Nikki and Kayla accommodated me like family. I would definitely come back for another stay. I've already recommended my friends and family.
