I was living here for a while and certain staff that works at this location is totally unqualified to manage the place. They accept anyone in and they definitely don't know how to be better judge of characters . There is so much drug dealings that are going on and the staff is well aware of it and they do nothing about it. They don't know what customer service is all about . Came down from Pa to visit family checked in left to get food came back put on a movie and a ton of these roaches started coming out of everywhere went to get a refund and find a new hotel an was refused our refund then told to come back the next day so asked for the refundable deposit and tried to not give that back as well came back the next day and they waited to check us out til that morning even tho we checked out the night before so we didn’t even stay the night only got refunded for 2 of 4 nights and was told contact ... read more

Just don't bother.I know housing is tough, but they need to do repairs, mold remediation, paint, deep clean, the room I saw and refused to stay, for the first time ever! I have trusted Motel 6, in most places, but this is a hard no. Hope they address it. I wasn't able to get the refund immediately, and was out of anywhere to stay, too.
