The people here are wonderful! Everything was promptly taken care of for me. Cheerful and kind people that really seem to care. I accidentally posted a bad review rate on booking.com for motel 6. I got my 2nd motel rating mixed up with motel 6. Benton Inn is where the absolutely bad review rating, was meant to go. I've asked customer service to correct this but they have not done so yet and Ican't delete it. So I wanted to post a correct rating for these guys because they rock.
Welp! Honestly I got too sleepy to drive any further the 1st room had a stench of mildew so we requested another they had cats about 3 strolling the property and a strogae of cat and dogfood underneath the stairs we ended up in room 108 the air unit had very very good air the sheets were clean but we're very very old and thin and the bed linen was very very thin the sink had a leak so there was a trash can underneath catching the drip and in the midst of check in the clerk argued with the owner and quit!
The first thing you notice is the rotting fruit for sale by the check in desk.The acid sweat stench permeates the entire lobby. The te.peratur was 86 in the lobby. The extremely unfriendly manager asked me a million stupid questions and then sent me to look for a room that had no numbers. After returning to the lobby and informing the Manager I was leaving he escape irate and cussed me and followed me to my car. This is a nasty hot hotel with crazy Manager. DONT STAY HERE
We had a walk-in room, the room was huge and spacious. Very clean! And very nice people!
Comfortable and Clean. Better than expected fot the price! Would definently stay again
