DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! THEY HAVE FECES ON THE FLOOR, FLIES & ROACHES IN TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS THEY ALSO DID NOT WANT TO ISSUE A REFUND.EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR I REPEAT, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE
Man at desk said it was the last room yet no cars were in parking lot and it was an absolute horrific room. Roaches, tv didn't work, 1 towel and he put us all the way in the back where it looks like a tornado went thru. $70 really? For what? I am so appalled at this place. I will be writing to corporate and sending them pictures. This place needs to be burned to the ground and what's up with the horrible service. Complete disappointment. Consistently traveling, this is one I’d definitely list as a disturbing budget friendly motel and will never return to. Stains, burn holes, hair on beds. The young woman at the front desk had complete horrible attitude, unable to separate her eyes from her phone even once because she was too busy video chatting, we informed her of the disgusting rooms and the answer we received was "can't do anything about it, all other rooms are booked". A complete and utter hellhole. Broken window. Electronics on door lock exposed. Manual safety latch missing. Bed bugs in the sink! Air unit not operational. Filthy. This building should be condemned. Tom Bodett would be embarrassed.
