I am extremely disappointed with the way this hotel’s management and staff treated my family. The level of professionalism was unacceptable. Early during our stay, staff came to our room banging loudly on the door. The knocking was so loud that it woke up and scared my 5-month-old baby, causing my baby to start crying. I found a cockroach in my room the second night and reported it. The front desk lady was very defensive and Rude and offered no accommodation. The next morning I tried to pay for another night, but the hotel’s payment system was down. I explained that I had to leave for work and would return later. When I came back, my belongings had already been removed from the room, one of my belongings was missing, and my deposit was kept as a late fee.
