The front desk operator won't let my son check in. He is 19 yrs old. They said he has to be 21 yrs old to get a room. But he stay there last yr when he was 18 yrs old. Plus the add show $60.00 a night for 4 nights & 4 days but the front desk operator told him $76.00 a night.y son works @ Whataburger next to the hotel. So I'm talking to BBB & getting a attorney to sued motel 6 in Ennis Tx.

3 wks ago, needed a place to lay our heads for a few hrs. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging people 100+ per night for this rundown establishment. Walked into the room, turned on the lights and roaches started scattering. It was awful! Complained to the front desk and talked to 2 different staff members and they were somewhat confrontational. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone, if I could of given 0 stars I would have. Roaches ALL over the room coming out of the walls as soon as the lights go off, and the feces of them all over the walls and other furniture.

The staff was super nice and efficient. Check-in and out went very smoothly. We could have used a couple of more towels for 2 people, but we were fine. I saw one small little bug and one baby cricket, but they could have just come in from outside because the room was very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Slept really good. We would stay there again.
