First room was dirty, literally dirt all over floor. Clearly not cleaned. So they moved us and 2nd room shower didn’t drain.

Looks and feels like a beat down one story motel. In the morning before checkout, I went to the front desk to get my cash which was a $50 deposit that I had left in the front desk at check in time. Then the old man working in the front, with a heavy Indian accent, was acting frustrated and extremely rude. He must have been having a horrible day. Stains on the sheets, broken tiles in the bathroom, toilet ran constantly. There was a dog tied to the handicapped rail that outside my room that belonged to the guest a few doors down that barked all night. After complaining and asking for something to be done I was told the manager would have to do it. I received an email from the manager after I left that stated “ we are a dog friendly hotel, it’s not our problem if a guest’s dog keeps barking and keeps other guests awake.” I asked for a refund and left but they denied a ... read more
