Ice cold water in the shower, couldn't use it. Ice cold water in the sink as well. It just wouldn't heat up, no matter how long I waited. This location is located near a main road, it's loud. Hearing cars and honking right in front throughout the night. The stairs do not look up to code, they look dangerous to be honest. I hope someone can do a safety audit on the stairs.
For what it was it was ok. Even while booking there is a deposit for incidentals that is required upon arrival. It was ok, but I had not got tub water and I requested a non smoking room but clearly... 😳🙄 Someone smoked. If you need somewhere to sleep it's ok.
Bathroom door didn't close, burn holes in the sheets, but what motel six doesn't have some quirks? I give it 3 stars for reality, and staff was nice. The train track is right by the hotel, kinda soothing tbh!
This motel has been really helpful with everything...Shok has been especially polite and has gone above and been in making sure my fiance and I feel save and are good...the housekeeping staff both taby and the other lady and the mantince guy have been great at keeping rooms clean and making sure guests have whatever they need ....not to mention the fact that my e.s.a. has been welcomed with loving and adoring arms.
