Stayed the night here. Desk Service is friendly and professional and the staff I spoke with in the morning did properly compensate me after my experience. Cleanliness was questionable. My rooms shower had hair all over it. Even the new soap and washcloth that was layed out had what looked like a clump of hair pulled directly from a hairbrush sitting on top of it. Pretty good motel! On our way through Kentucky I got a bad feeling and called our original hotel to find that our reservation hadn’t been honored. Motel 6 was the cheapest we could get on such short notice. I wish I knew the name of the employee that worked last night because she was amazing. We arrived in Columbus around 2am and were extremely tired after driving 6 hours straight. We got a reduced rate on the room and the woman that checked us in was extremely kind, quick and helpful. Location is great with a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Rooms were good, bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was fine for a night or two. Staff is very helpful and nice.
We were disappointed with the pool, it looked dirty. We didn't get to go swimming. They advertised free breakfast, but didn't have anything except coffee.
