Service was good Teanna took care of all my needs every time I came down to the lobby
Customer service sucks , the front desk is unprofessional and they’re scammers . They’ll tell you, you smoked in the room to keep your deposit and renting you the room already smelling like smoke. They’re unprofessional check out is 11 they’ll knock on your door anytime before that and ask are you extending . Ms.jose (spell check) is very rude and unprofessional she’ll knock on your door at 4:30 in the morning telling you ,you haven’t paid because she couldn’t find the money you paid that the shift before her put up .
