This is now called Hotel Blu. Was in town for my son’s college move in day and stayed the night before. Prices were cheap and now I know why. This place is disgusting. You check in via a kiosk where you “facetime” an employee during your check in process. A Hotel Blu employee stands beside you during this so I’m not sure why they couldn’t have checked us in. Very shity
We found a dirty sock in the bathroom and a dirty, stained towel hanging in the room. When we talked to the front desk clerk, he gave us absolutely no apology but simply handed us the card of his general manager. I emailed the general manager and never received a reply. Terrible customer service. Edited to add: We received a prompt (probably AI) response to this review, with an email address to contact.
