Been coming here for 10yrs because my child lives here. Today was my final straw. We had to check in with an AI while an actual human stood silently and watched. After the check in, you have to get the room keys from the human. Now the human doesn't even have to speak to the customer so customer service is apparently no longer a thing. Absolutely ridiculous. Useless humans doing as little as possible as a human.
Came down and booked a room online and in the morning they proceed to say they canceled it and tried to make my friend pay way more than what she payed for the night before. Proceeds to call the cops for something so little just to try to scam two young adults
