Name is actually hotel Blu.
Meh. Took three times usual to check in via kiosk, but staff were helpful. For some reason housekeeping left my room at 60°F on a 70°F day, it was freezing. I climbed into the bed with all my clothes on for 45 minutes until the room warmed up. When I told the clerk she said there was a remote for the HVAC. I told her, no it was set that way when I got there. Just no real concern for guests and nothing justified the rate.
