This property was advertised as recently refurbished and under new management. Disappointed and disgusted; we arrived and immediately checked the mattresses. As one can see in the photos, these mattresses were ancient and had not been cleaned anywhere near recently. They showed signs of bed-bugs. I asked for another room and the desk agent insisted the mattresses were new and that they clean them monthly. He may have been told that, but obviously this cannot be the truth. I booked it on Priceline and then get there and they said no rooms, I tried to get a refund but they are now saying no refunds
Gross and unsafe
The office guy, I am assuming part of the new ownership at Motel 6 in Chickasha, is as a rude as they come. Extremely abrasive. I am a business professional in from out of town. Because of my nature of my business it is difficult for me to determine how Long of stay I will require. Yesterday I called and was given an extended stay until 1:00. Today I woke up not well.
