Quiet, friendly, and great staff. Last minute checks in at a great rate.
Location was close to airport. Room was neat and clean. I brought several maintenance issues up with the front desk, including a missing (stolen) smoke detector. Noise from low-flying planes didn't bother me nearly as much as the clientele. Apparently, kids who still live with their parents come here on the weekend to party, making noise throughout the night. This place needs a security guard.
Don't stay here. I know the old saying you get what you pay for but their pictures on line are deceiving. The room was painted an awful blue on one wall and three small pillows on the King bed that where either very flat or lumpy. Bed was hard. No pictures on the wall like there web site showed. The hotel rooms are located on the outside of hotel so you walk up stairs to get to your room. The room was not that clean either. The clerk was very rude when I complained about the room being dirty with uncleaned sheats and no soap. I asked for a new room or new sheats & the clerk was no help at all instead he made it seem to be my problem..... Never going back!!!!!!
On a trip to San Antonio I stopped here for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and found the room to be very clean and very well maintained. I highlty recommend this place. I found other motels on my trip that were more expensive and not as clean or as well maintained. I laso found other motels that were comparable in price that were not as clean or as well maintained too. For the price and location, this is the place to stay.
