Great safe hotel. Nice location near stores, food and beaches and Legoland. Terrific staff. Clean rooms. Great prices. thanks.
Fire the man front desk attendant. Terrible for business. Extremely rude. He’s making customer run away from the location. He is the worstemployee they could have hired.
This place is DISGUSTING! 1st off it REEKS like cigarettes! Bugs in room, dirty bedding with dog hair everywhere in the bedding! 0 customer service and you don't have an iron in your room. You have to get everything from the front desk in exchange for you drivers license. Never would I ever recommend this place. I would rather pay more elsewhere for a clean room!
