I stopped on October 2nd, 2025 around 11am, to inquire about the bed quality and possibility to see one of the rooms. I have a back issue and it was extremely important for me to touch the bed. The front desk clerk refused to assist with it, sending me back to the internet to see it there 🙉and saying that she can't do it. Well, I found where they can assist me and canceled with motel6.
Very disappointed. I was rudely awakened by a knock at my door by two people from the front desk at 3:30 in the morning talking about my dog barking disturbing people when their was a dog who knows where barking for the last few hours that wouldn’t let US sleep yet, I didn’t even call and complain and they had the audacity to assume it was my dog barking disturbing people.
