Clean Room , easy check inn . New Bed , Ice Vending was great , New .
We arrived at this hotel with a confirmed reservation on Saturday evening for three nights. After scanning my license, I was informed they would not honor the reservation because I was on a "DNR" (Do Not Rent) list. Yes, I was upset. This has never happened to me in my entire life (65yrs) and I have a very common name. The staff would not tell me the source of the DNR listing. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT!! STAY HERE… worst experience ever. Me & my family took a trip down to Lego land and ofc all the rooms were booked. This was the last resort. Upon arrival, before putting our luggage inside(luckily) we were greeted by roaches!! With a newborn the conditions were not suitable. As I went to the office WITH PROOF the employee(who was very rude by the way) just said “ No refunds “ and ignored me. Never tried to be helpful nor communicate properly. The room was exactly what we needed. 2 adults spending the night after being at the beach all day. AC unit worked , bedding was clean and comfortable , shower was clean . Towels and soap provided . There was no shampoo but soap was fine for us. Cable channels including HBO. We had a smoking room on the 1st floor. Fridge and microwave in the room as well . Not sure if all room come w/micro fridge but the 2 beds smoking room did. It was a quiet night , very restful evening and affordable stay . My experience was very positive ... read more
Basic hotel,little older but clean rooms. They made sure the beds were made and fresh towels everyday. They have a pool as well.
