I have stayed here a lot. And every time I stay Karan at the front desk changes what he does. I've been charged a $250 deposit twice instead of $200. He has never made me sign anything before but today he did. He also had zero clue how to enter a gift card. He was punching it into the debit machine. And then saying it doesn't work. The staff are great. They have always gone above and beyond. I wish the Motel 6 brand would renovate this location like the other Motel 6 locations. I stay in Airdrie frequently, and always stay at the Motel 6. I stay there because it’s wicked good value, and newly built. This location is okay, but misses the mark. This location is good for a single person that needs a quick place to sleep, but it’s not a place I would want to bring my family.
