To whom it may concern, I am concerned about the health and safety of the guests here at this location. Please find attached pictures of my bed with blood-stained sheets. Also, I was put on a 2nd floor room, even though I called last night and specifically requested that I had a 1st floor room because my Labrador has arthritis in her hips and it’s difficult for her to use the stairs.
