My personal experience with this hotel, an extensive renovation may be required before it is suitable for the general public. Upon entering the room the first indistinguishable scent that hits your nose was the putrid odor of urine, couldn't tell if it were human or animal, and wasn't going to stick around to find out. After looking around the room more, drops of unknown substances were scattered amongst the walls. Toilet paper was used and torn into, as well as towels with tiny black hairs. They have a huge homeless problem. The location is awesome and we had an amazing view of the harbor and beach from our room. The room wasn’t clean though. There was trash from previous guests under the beds and in the bathroom. If they cleaned better and had full time security to address the homeless situation this would have been a 4-5 star review.
