What a horrible hotel! They advertise that they are pet friendly but after you get the room reserved, they send you this long list of rules including that the pet can only be 20# or less and MUST leave the room even if a crate is used. That's ridiculous. They should list all this on the main page, not a private message afterwards. I'm sure it would save people a lot of frustration. My wife travels with a search & rescue dog that weighs 67# so that put us out instantly. She's not qualified as a service dog yet but working on ... read more
