Not only did the lamp fall and hit my spouses head, but the water didn’t get hot in the shower and the ac kept turning off. When we brought it up to the staff she stated they can’t go in the room to check and we couldn’t get a refund.

This hotel gave away my reserved rooms because I was not there before 6 pm & they attempted to charge an old card I had on file with Expedia. They never once tried to reach out to me before giving away my rooms nor contact me to get an updated card. I planned on paying cash at the location upon arrival hence why I chose the pay at hotel option. Had I been notified I needed a card for a late check in I could have provided one.
