The room was dirty. The bathroom had a shelf that fell from the wall and a light fixture cover also was not covering the light. The bathtub was filthy. After I made the hotel staff aware and I left the facility, I was charged $125 when I paid $25 for a deposit. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

more than aggravated at this point! From trying to logon TO reserve a room, dealing with customer service (Anissa has been incredible-bless her heart, she has to deal with all of this and still a smile is heard through her voice!) having to call the 800 # and stay on hold for LITERALLY 20 mins before even speaking to anyone. The dealings then were ridiculous. I repeated my inquiry 3 separate times, complete with spelling military style, etc. to not receiving confirmation emails; all in all, I have been trying to get my daugh... read more
