We have stayed here many times over the years. The location is great, the floors not so much. Wish they would learn how to use a mop and a broom. Bring slippers and you’ll be fine.
No Fridge!
Everything is damp. The bedding, the floor. Look for bugs before getting into the bed. The fat security man is as scary as the smokers.

Don't go in room 270. Smells like ass....
Close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Bring Fido along because they're pet friendly.
About half a block away from the beach and a block or two away from Ron Jons Surf Shop
