1.) The bed was extremely hard. 2.) They only put 2 towels in your bathroom. When my husband went to ask for a couple more he was given 1 more and told housekeeping would restock in the morning. 3.)We had a two night stay, we left for the day and came back about 1030 PM. We walked in the room and what a surprise housekeeping had not done a thing in our room. Trash still there, bed not made and NO TOWELS!
