The reserved room we were put into was not cleaned from the previous person that stayed there. They switched our room to another, which was clean, until my husband found crumbs in the bed in the morning (we didn't eat anything in bed). The floors look like they haven't been washed since they opened, and the hallway carpet is horrible! The only nice thing about the place was the staff was very pleasant.
