Front desk attempted scam. I booked on the my6 app, declaring 2 dogs. Arrived and was told even though I had a confirmation and the pet policy, that “free” only applies to service animals and she wanted an additional $15 per dog. When I demanded a refund, I was told she would make a “one time exception”. Reported to Motel 6 corporate office. Besides that, the hotel is dirty with suspicious people wandering around.
