I called this location to rent a room for a family member down on their luck,The man that answered the phone wanted me to come in and give him my ID (which is typical) only i live in another state! He would not let me ask if said family member came in with an ID if i could pay for the room ..nope ,he said "I can not rent you a room"! lol no wonder Phoenix has so many homeless people!! Because of this i will never ever in my life ever concider any Motel 6 any where i go.This was not only stupid but rude!
