I arrived after a long day of softball games with my 12 year old. I went to check in and the front desk was rude. He stated he could not issue any refund. I asked for what as I had paid $94 through Expedia. He said that at 6pm they had charged my credit card $124. It was 9:30pm when I arrived. I asked for what and how when I wasn’t there at that time and it was an over payment. I asked for the over payment to be refunded and that was impossible. the smell of smoke was so heavy we all had headaches within a few mins. We tried to run the AC and open the window but there was no screen and the beds are within reach of the window. bathroom hadn't been cleaned and the floors were nasty dirty. lots of noise and coming and going from the hotel. If you dont mind dirty and sketchy then this is thecplace for you.
I made reservations on March9th for this trip, when I arrived tonight they wouldn’t honor my request. I have stayed here multiple times & have always been very satisfied, what a shame! & the front desk clerks attitude was horrible, come on you know she just came on shift at 3.....very happily settled in at the best western, who will get all my future business.
