Tolit was clogged switched rooms and found cockroach have pictures and they will not refund me or even accept responsibility.
We checked in at 5pm after being on the road for 12 hours. Walked into the room 114 and the ceiling in the bathroom and the floor was soaking wet. Got into another room 119 and the door didnt lock when it was closed. I told the front desk and nothing happened. I checked out one day early since we didnt feel comfortable in the room. There was cigarette burns in the bedding and curtains. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The front staff wasnt helpful and didnt speak to us when in the lobby.
