Came in on a Monday afternoon, about 4:15 or so. My company sent me here. First tuing I had noticed was the lack of any real air conditioning in the lobby, and the place had an odor to it. Got checked in and was given my room. Went up to the room I was assigned and the room was not even cleaned yet. La fotos que aparecen en Chase Travel son de hace 6 años atrás! El costumer service es pésimo, las instalaciones están destruidas, el lugar es súper sucio ! Deberían actualizar sus fotos! Es un asco!
The room was horrible had blood, black hair not sure if dog or human smelled like cat pee. Left after 10 of checking in hoping my money gets put back on my card right away as I need to find other place to stay as I live 2 hours away and have children with me only up side was the lady at the front desk apologized and put money back on my card
