after a 9 hour drive we got to the hotel so happy to be there we stayed once before and enjoyed..went the room. My 8 year old pulled back the curtain there were like 10 bugs looked like bed bugs and a couple in the bed but with wings so they weren't. debated on saying anything. decided I shouldn't have to stay in a room I paid for with any bugs. told front desk she moved us and said they were tree bugs and they were in all the rooms. We stayed at the location on Riverdale. The rooms were updated and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
