I can’t speak on the quality of work, but I can say communication is not there. I visited the shop on a Monday morning and talked to Ray (owner) about some work on my F150. We discussed an idea of what I was looking for, and I was told he would try to get me a price by the end of the day. I waited until that Friday and gave them a call to see if they had a price put together (they did not). I was told they would get on it and I should hear from them the following Monday. Took my truck in to get a tune and a misfire figured out after a motor swap on Monday the 24th. They figured the misfire out really quick, I will give them that. However, when it came time for the tune I got the truck back on Wednesday the 26th and the truck stalled out twice on my drive home. When I picked the truck up Ray said it had an “exhaust leak” and that he couldn’t tune it all the way. However, after getting it home there was no exhaust leak whatsoever.
