Left my truck on a Wednesday for an oil change and a check pressure tire light and a battery check. Got a call they said they would get to it Thursday, no problem, said I would just pick it up Friday at 1100, I’m running late but I was there at 1215, lunchtime schedule says “ lunch 12:30-1;30, so I message Ray, he says he took the guys out for lunch, Why didn’t he call to check and see if I was on my way,? Good and easy to deal with gets my stuff done within 2-3 days depending on the severity of the work
Completely forgot to update this review. Wouldn't recommend bringing your daily driver here. Had some work done to my car and had to bring it back 3 times to fix the mess up the first time. Only reason for 3 stars is the owner owned up to the mistake each time but taking 3 times to fix it isn't ideal. Not the owners fault 100 percent the workers fault eventually the owner had to step in to fix it. Sadly had to sell the car because it never drove the same afterwards. My son’s car has been sitting there for 1.5 weeks. They said they could fix it, but we have been unable to get anyone on the phone and the mailbox is full. They do not communicate with their customers. If they couldn’t work on it, I wished they would’ve just told us that before we paid to have it towed there. We’ve lost 2 weeks now trying to get it fixed. I will go there in person today to get an update since they don’t call or answer their phone.
