I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Motair store in Longueuil during my recent visit. The behavior of one of your employees was particularly troubling and warrants your immediate attention. When I asked a routine question about the horsepower of a motor, the employee responded in an irritable manner and suggested I "go buy a fan blade somewhere else."
