Absolutely amazing garage. The customer service from the ladies was unbelievable. Super friendly and communication was brilliant. I spoke with the Manager Sean who was very professional and was 100% honest with me. A bad experience at another garage brought me to MOT City after recommendations from family and it was the right choice. Within 3 days my car was sorted and MOT completed. I would very highly recommend 😊 Thank you.
Recently discovered MOT City after a car breakdown and having to be towed by a recovery company. I am impressed! The standard of work on my vehicle was fantastic and the customer service is the best I have ever received from a garage. As a woman I often feel wary of dealing with car issues but I felt very safe here. We will be continuing to use MOT City going forward!
