Review update The pool is zoo fuzz club. Full of kids running around. No peace possible. Imagine the quality of the water for a residential complex. It’s not a city pool for god sakes….. The customer service associate is a rude person who yell at people for no reason. She doesnt talk she scream at people. This isn’t quality building construction. It’s poorly finish. Je tiens à souligner le travail exceptionnel de Sabrina Tsakalofas, coordonnatrice du service à la clientèle du Mostra Centropolis. Elle a offert, à mes parents ainsi qu'à moi-même, un service remarquable avant et après la location de nos condos. Elle s'est montrée à l'écoute, disponible et respectueuse de nos besoins respectifs. Bref, elle nous a offert un service en OR!
Great location with a terrible administration! Go somewhere else and save your sanity. The places has a lot of ammenities which you will soon discover are unavailable. Pool closure at Xmas, New Year and spring break, car wash closed, BBQs unavailable during summer on Terrace, indoor garage door rarely works, its a disaster! Yes it is pet friendly, but its very dirty.
If I can put zero I would !!! Apart from people being racist in this building- when i decided to move in this condo we were promised a dog park …. Almost a whole year no dog park and now removed from there website - we have proof of also signing for a dog park - apart from this people stealing packages and when ask for help they don’t help - do I feel safe here no and I have a dog — the condo it self is nice but if you look closely there’s so many issues like if it was made in a rush- walls that have small gaps in between- n... read more
