From the start he listens intently, demonstrates great expertise, compassion and understanding and works very effectively to resolve hand injuries. Even after working late, he stayed on to accommodate my hand surgery for removal of a foreign object from gardening misadventure. He also has great bedside manner and a great sense of humor.
