You guys are the best in town! Your team is super professional and have been incredibly helpful when stopping by even without an appointment. I appreciate that although you were incredibly busy and needed me to come back another day… the staff made sure my bike rode safely (quickly tightened up rear brake) before I left the store. One appointment later, gears, brakes and new chain makes the bike run like new. Thanks again!
The selection was good, the service was fast - my order was shipped the same day, and when I needed to make a change to my order the change order was processed the same day.
Super friendly, super helpful! They did a small repair on my Electra, on the spot. Will definitely shop here when I'm ready for my next e-bike!
