I was having issues with my ebike brakes. The team was knowledgable and gave me good advice. They made the repairs super fast and the fees were reasonable. I'll definitely go back to them for any bike needs.
Will take your money and hand you back a broken bike with more issues than when you came in with, then offer to sell you their own shit after breaking yours. Very shady and extremely unprofessional. Beware.
Today I went over to purchase a chain for my beach cruiser because it snap while I was on the 4th of July bike ride. While purchasing the item I asked them if they could install it for me as a paying customer..they told me they didn't have time because they might have people renting bikes. Told me waiting time was 20 min to couple hours to get my chain installed. Besides a family in the store..they said they didn't have time to install a single speed chain on. Since I didn't have a chain breaker on hand.
