After telling the technician on several accounts that the laser was put at a much too high heat she continued her work and told me that if she lowered the laser it would not work as effectively. After leaving the salon I realized that I had 3rd degree burn all over my face then called them and told me to just apply cooling gel and that it was all part of the process. I thought I had a good deal, 2x1 and "pain free" zone...well lemme explain, the first couple of sessions were great, didnt hurt at all but while the treatment was progressing, it would hurt more and more (This was my 1st time doing laser). They lied about that, it is NOT a pain free zone. The lady told me I would need 6 to 8 session which I thought it was gonna be a good price. They lied about that too, It took me 2 years!!!
