The is was an excellent plumbing experience. I called on a late Saturday morning about a clogged kitchen sink drain. My call was answered quickly by a courteous and efficient dispatcher, who gave me a 2-hour early afternoon window. David, the plumber, called about an hour and a half later to say he would arrive in about 10 minutes. He examined the kitchen sink and asked a number of pertinent questions about the house piping.
