Lynn (office mgr) is the most nicest helpful person I have ever met. She is truly amazing. So nice and cheerful, over the phone and in person. John is also great! Really helped me with my shoulder, educated me and made sure I understood the entire process, why and what etc. Always asked if I had any questions and explained everything thoroughly. I give this a 5++++
