Where do I begin Dr. Jordan is by far the best. She talks to me as if im a real person not a NUMBER!!!! I highly recommend her again God bless you Dr Keisha you have helped me in so many ways it's countless times ⏲️.
If you like getting addicted to your medicine then never getting it again go here! I’ve attempted multiple times to get my refills and no one ever answers the phones. Yet they charge my insurance multiple times!
One star is generous , the doctor is ignorant and doesn’t seem to care . Giant waste of time and gas for things to be closed or an inch of snow not being able to leave your drive way when I made it and a client walked and waited an hour to be told to come in and talk happen to be closed due to a holiday. That’s bs I’m trying to get help while yall just eating good with the legal dealer liscense
The lack of care and concern for patients mental health here is extremely concerning. I haven’t had a refill on my medication in months because every time I’ve had an appointment, I wait over two hours,only for the provider to never show up. One time the excuse was a meeting with a rep, another time it was because an appointment with another patient “ran over” by 2.5 hours, and this most recent time the office didn’t even bother answering the phone.
