One star is generous , the doctor is ignorant and doesn’t seem to care . Giant waste of time and gas for things to be closed or an inch of snow not being able to leave your drive way when I made it and a client walked and waited an hour to be told to come in and talk happen to be closed due to a holiday. That’s bs I’m trying to get help while yall just eating good with the legal dealer liscense
The lack of care and concern for patients mental health here is extremely concerning. I haven’t had a refill on my medication in months because every time I’ve had an appointment, I wait over two hours,only for the provider to never show up. One time the excuse was a meeting with a rep, another time it was because an appointment with another patient “ran over” by 2.5 hours, and this most recent time the office didn’t even bother answering the phone. Was able to book an appointment right away and it's first thing in the morning!
It truly pains me to leave a 1-star review for this place. When I first began my mental health journey, I had a wonderful experience here and even recommended it to others. Unfortunately, things seem to have declined significantly. I take full responsibility for missing appointments — as a full-time working parent of three, life can be chaotic — but I always made the effort to follow up promptly to reschedule and ensure I received my medications. This place is a joke. All they care about is money. They don't care about their patients. They have frustrated me so bad with their lack of communication, poor punctuality, lack of empathy and lack of respect. I tried to bring up my concerns, but I was told that I no longer needed their services and they refuse to see me again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
