If I could give 0 stars I would. On 10/6 I dropped my vehicle off for a 10am appointment to have my front usb plug ins looked at and my back right tires for a slow leak. At 1pm I started calling because I had to pick my kids up from school in 1.5hrs. The communication was poor. My husband left work to get our kids. At 4:30 I uberes back ti mossy Nissan to borrow a car because they did not get to mine. That was fine except they did not have a big enough vehicle to accommodate my needs.
