Awesome service!!!
I went to drop off my jetta, a schedule appointment. A employee bald leather jacket refused me entry. He wouldn't let me speak when I was trying to tell him I have a appointment for a night drop off. After a different employee told him it was ok I dropped my vehicle off. Then they wanted to charge me 300 for a diagnostic fee. Even thought I told them what was wrong with it. This place is a scam and a joke. Avoid them. They will not reduce on price of vehicles. Don't care about your interest.
Working with Bijan was a true pleasure- and even though we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from him (at this time), we spent weeks communicating and finally were able to sell our Infiniti to the dealer, which Bijan made easy and comfortable. Jose in service took care of us and got our vehicle sorted out before Infiniti purchased it so all in all, a great experience, made even better with honesty and transparency. Highly recommend!!
