I had been a customer of Nissan, having purchased a brand new Altima from them in 2012. I also serviced that vehicle with them over the years. So upon having a battery I purchased from them die and not rechargeable through testing at Auto Zone, I brought it to this location for an exchange as it had a warranty covering it.
