I recently purchased a 2021 Lexus NX 300 from here about 3 months ago and I’m already having to replace the battery. I was told by Micheal, the GM, that they weren’t going to cover the price of the battery but if it’s in stock they will put it in free of charge. I shouldn’t have to pay for anything car related 3 months after purchase. STOP selling used cars if you’re not going to ensure that the car has quality parts!!!! Bet they didn’t even check the battery life before they sold me the car.
Zack Bartel was very responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I didn’t know he worked there but he was from my old service provider, that gave me a peace of mind and I knew I was in good hands. Zack is always on point and his customer service skills are superb!
